NHS, Care homes, Day Centres, 3rd Sector, Companies large or small, Clubs or Organisations and 1-2-1

When we have profits we provide a FREE activity taster session or health education locally available to organisations; charitable, private or public.

We have donated FREE sessions to; Hospitals, GP Practice, Support groups, U3A, WI, Scouts/Guides, Corporate & small business

Tai Chi Yang Style

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese internal martial art that we instruct for its proven health benefits; balance, flexibility, strength, relaxation and posture. A large part of this will include Daoin and Qigong both can with regular practice quieten a noisy mind, discover your own body and how to move correctly.  We instruct; Tai Chi adapted, short or long forms, straight sword. Fragrant Flower, Stillness as a tree, Lotus Flower, 8-Treasures and Swimming Dragon Qigong

Beginners Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is an ancient lifestyle that with regular practice can bring significant health benefits.  We only instruct at beginners level and can adjust for all abilities. Yoga  has 8-limbs; Yama (Restraint), Niyama (Mindfulness), Asana (Postures), pranayama (Breathing), Pratyahara (Withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (Concentration), Dhyana (Meditation) and samadhi (Absorption).  Sorry but we do not provide pre-natal Yoga

Postural Stability Instruction


Postural Stability is evidenced based exercise that is proven to reduce risk of trips, slips and falls.  It is falls prevention for all adult ages and has a personal approach to ability and personal health.  It is approved by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.  We have delivered programmes for NHS, Care homes, Sheltered housing and 1-2-1 in peoples homes.

Meditation & Pranayama

The benefits of meditation and pranayama breathing exercises are proven to improve many aspects of mental and physical health

Walking & Running for Health

Walking and running in any combination are another great way of improving your mental and physical health

Soft Archery

Soft archery is a safe way to learn the skills and drills using soft tipped arrows and full power bows

Pain Management

Combination of education and gentle exercise to understand and better manage your pain.  Based on the ADAPT self-management programme.  Popular with support organisations and clubs. 

Stress Management

Education and activity to manage stress.  This is popular with the private sector for employee health.  Reduction of stress in the workplace is proven to make a business more efficient and potentially increase profit.

Weight Management

Managing weight is a commitment to your own health  There are many fads that give short term results but will potentially relapse.  This programme is an evidence based programme to change lifestyle and not a quick fix.  Combination of education, healthy eating and exercise.  Popular with Public health, NHS and small private groups.

Service Prices

We need to cover costs and make profit so that we can provide FREE opportunities

We will never exclude anyone because of money

All sessions are around 1-hour in duration which includes administration and closing down

New starters £5 per session for first full month and then can become a member of the group if sufficient places available

Group members pay for the month in advance at £5 per session multiplied by the number in that month irrespective of attendance

Additional voluntary donations very welcome; we have made no profit since 2019

1-2-1 or private groups £50 per hour if local to Great Yarmouth; elsewhere travel costs would be applied
